Who We Are
We are an inclusive, diverse Christian community led by the Holy Spirit. We are everyday people who yearn for the Word, whether liberal, conservative, moderate, confused, or just hanging on for dear life. We have no agenda other than to bring to the world around us the love of Christ, glorified through acts of kindness, honesty, evangelism, and the Holy Spirt.
Our small but mighty church pre-dates the signing of the Declaration of Independence by more than forty years. Though steeped in history, as disciples of Jesus face the problems of an ever changing world through study of the Bible and living in community, with a variety of fresh and ever changing programs designed to make our church’s ministry relevant, loving, challenging and meaningful to our congregants, as well as the world around us.
Consistent with our belief and adherence to God’s call to live in community, we are a part of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) denomination. For more information on our denomination and its beliefs, please go to www.pcusa.org.
To get a better feel of who we are as a community of believers, please start with an exploration of our website. Or better yet, please come and join us in the worship of a God who loves us and calls us to discipleship.
